ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction of expeditious trial of C.C.No.330 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, where the accused has been charged for the offence under Section 498 A IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are eight witnesses and for examination of L.W.1 to L.W.4, summons have been served on them and the trial is scheduled to be taken place on 19.03.2019.

4. The said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, is required to dispose of the trial in C.C.No.330 of 2015 within a period of two months from 19.03.2019. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
