2. The learned Judge, Additional District Court (Fast Track Court), Nagercoil, has addressed a letter to the Registry, dated 09.03.2026, requesting extension of further time of four months to dispose of the case in O.S.No.2 of 2018 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.03.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, four months time is extended for disposing of the case in O.S.No.2 of 2018 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 01.04.2026 Note : The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Court below forthwith.
