ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.338 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(B), 307 and 506(ii)of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 14.08.2015, the petitioner attacked the de-facto complainant's father and also abused him with aruval.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that no previous is pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur and on further condition

that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
