ORDER

The petitioner complains of harassment by the respondent police at the instance of the fourth respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the

Tamil Nadu Police Housing Corporation owns a piece of property, in which the petitioner has encroached and the petitioner has filed O.S.No.15 of 2019 against the respondents and the same is pending.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also added that the fourth respondent is only keen to work out the remedies as per law and is not contemplating any extra legal methods. The respondent police have neither harassed nor intended to harass the petitioner.

5. The above said statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
