ORDER

The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of FCOP.No.94 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur to the Family Court, Trichy.

2.Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience, since the wife is the resident of Trichy.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband would submit that the respondent has no objection to transfer the matter to Trichy. He would however request this Court to fix the time limit to dispose of the main petition, namely, FCOP.No.94 of 2019.

4.Considering the above, this petition is allowed. F.C.O.P.No.94 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur, and transferred to the file of Family Court, Trichy, to be disposed of in accordance with law. The Family Court, Thanjavur, is directed to transmit the papers to the Family Court, Trichy, forthwith. The learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy, is directed to dispose of the case within a year from the date of receipt of the papers from the transferror Court. However, there will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
