Prayer in CRP(MD) No.SR26026 of 2017 :

To set aside the order passed in E.A.No.69/2017 in E.P.No.209/2012 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai dated.02.03.2017 and to remand back the same to the execution court with the direction to dispose it on merits and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VIJAYSHANTHI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. There is an inordinate delay of 106 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred Only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. On producing the receipt for payment of costs, the Registry is directed to list the matter for admission on 03.11.2017, if it is other wise in order.
