PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 12.06.2016 on the file of the 1st Respondent and consider the same in respect of quashing all proceedings for change of patta name in suit land bearing Survey No.224 of Oyyavanthan Village Group, Kalayarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District, and change the patta in the name of the Petitioner herein.

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 12.06.2016 in respect of quashing all proceedings for change of patta name with respect to the land in Survey No.224 of Oyyavanthan Village Group, Kalayarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District and change the patta in the name of the petitioner herein.
