ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2020 seeking action against the fourth respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case as projected by the petitioner either in his representation or in the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2020 and pass orders on merits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
