The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 to 9 for their illegal act of ex-communicating the petitioner and her family members to enter into the Jamath to worship the deity and collecting Jamath Tax from the petitioner's family by considering the petitioner's representations dated 05.03.2019, 12.03.2020 and 10.07.2020.

2.While pending this writ petition, there was a Peace Committee Meeting conducted by the Tahsildar / second respondent and now the matter has been settled between the parties.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
