This petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to direct the second respondent herein to file a final report in Cr.No.48 of 2016, for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 468, 471, 420, 506(i) of IPC. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that though a case has been registered in the year 2016, so far, the respondent did not file a final report. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State has submitted that the first respondent has transferred the case to the second respondent for the purpose of further investigation and hence, he requested this Court to grant four months time for filing a final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court directs the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent to file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this criminal original petition is closed.
