Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2021 will be considered on merits and final order will be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
