ORDER

(1)The contempt petition is filed by the petitioner to punish the respondent / contemnor for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 10.01.2025 made in WP.(MD).No.733/2025.

(2)When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/contemnor submitted that the order of this Court, has been complied with and also produced the order dated 29.12.2025, passed by the Commissioner of Land Administration, Chepauk, Chennai, in Se.Mu.No.K1/107334387/2025. (3)In view of the fact that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, this contempt petition is closed. (4)However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order in a manner known to law, if advised.
