This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the 2nd respondent Police to produce the person or body of the detenue namely Swathi, Daughter of Neelakandan, aged about 24 years, before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that on yesterday, ie., on 16.08.2020, the father of the detenue Neelakandan, had produced her daughter Swathi before the office of the 2nd respondent Police and thereafter, requested not to pursue the complaint given by him. 3.In view of the same, no further order is necessary in this application.
