ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the offences under Section 294(b) and 323 of IPC in Crime number 24 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) Submitted that the offences mentioned are bailable in nature. Therefore, this petition is not maintainable before this Court.
