O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of the enquiry based https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ on the complaint given by the third respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that due to family dispute, the third respondent, who is the wife of the first petitioner's brother gave a false complaint against the petitioners. Based on the said complaint, the second respondent is frequently calling upon the petitioners and harassing them.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that so far as, no complaint is pending before the second respondent against the petitioners and they were not at all called and hence, the question of harassing them does not arise. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
