ORDER

The petitioner has instituted a suit in O.S.No.624 of 2010 before the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul seeking for declaration and permanent injunction against the third respondent herein and the same is decreed in his favour. However, on contrary to the decree, the third respondent herein is interfering his possession and enjoyment of the property.

2.Considering the violation of the decree, though the remedy is available to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court, he made a representation to the second respondent on 10.01.2019, seeking police protection. But, so far, the second respondent did not pass any orders on the representation of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking aforesaid prayer. 3.In such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2019, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to sent a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order to the second respondent, enabling him to pass appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
