Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 364(A), 384, 392, 506(i) of IPC r/w.120(B) of IPC in Crime No. 9 of 2019, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others had abducted the defacto complainant on 11.11.2018 and taken away some documents and money from the defacto complainant's house and taken away laptop , computer and a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and prayed for anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are 32 previous cases pending against the petitioner and opposed for grant of anticipatory bail.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact there are 32 previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
