ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The defacto complainant is the President of Agriculture CoOperative Society. He made allegations against the Ex- President and Officer bearers of the said society as if 17 sheep loan was paid to other accused persons in which the amount was not repaid, hence the defacto complainant filed the present complaint.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners 1 to 4 submitted a letter dated 07.02.2019 stating that the entire amount was paid by one Indirani.

3. The defacto complainant in his letter dated 07.02.2019, he has stated that one Indirani 21st accused has settled the loan amount. However he has filed complaint against Indirani/A21 , hence there is something fishy on the part of the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Hence the Deputy Registrar, Agriculture Co-Operative Society, Mudukulathur is directed to file a report regarding the

entire transactions done by the petitioners as well as the defacto complainant to this Court on or before 02.04.2019.

5. Post the matter on 02.04.2019.
