Heard Mr.G.Ramanathan, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.As against the Award of the Labour Court passed in I.D.No.8/1996, execution proceedings have been initiated by the first respondent herein in E.P.No.4 of 2019. The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent herein is attempting to attach the petitioner's bus and the petitioner is a third party to the Industrial Dispute before the Labour Court. 3.The scope of interference to an Award passed by the Labour Court is very limited. If the petitioner is of the view that his bus cannot be a subject matter of attachment, the option available to him is to approach the concerned Labour Court, through appropriate proceedings and this Court may not be justified in interfering with the execution proceedings, which is pursuant to the Award passed.
