Order : This petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALAGUMANI.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the 1st Respondent and MR.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate on behalf of the 2nd Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that already this Court by order, dated 07.02.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos. 542 and 592 of 2022, which was filed by A1 to A3, has given a direction to the respondent police to file a final report within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
