This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the State would submit that the complaint, which was given by one Ramamoorthy, against the petitioner herein, was closed, after enquiry. Hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed.
