Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner virtually wants this Court to grant an order of interim injunction restraining his brother from dealing with the petition mentioned property. The petitioner's brother has not been shown as respondent. In any event, this is a matter which only the jurisdictional civil Court can decide. The registering authority cannot be called upon to embark into an enquiry in a case of this nature.

3.Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court, the writ petition is dismissed. If the petitioner files any suit, the same shall be numbered and if any Interlocutory Application is filed the same can be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
