ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on07.12.2017. 2.Heard Mr.M.K.Karthikeyavenkitachalapathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (crl.side), who takes notice for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proposed accused persons has trespassed into the petitioner's property and damaged the main wall and hence the petitioner lodged a complaint on 07.12.2017. But, so far, the respondent has not taken any action.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in respect of the complaint made by the petitioner both parties were summoned and they have agreed that they will measure https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

their properties with the help of a surveyor and based on the said settlement the complaint was closed.

5.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available in law.
