ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted. My attention is drawn by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents to the proceedings dated 09.03.2022 passed by the District Revenue Officer, Madurai. It is adverse to the writ petitioner and in favour of the fifth respondent. The petitioner has to challenge the proceedings dated 09.03.2022. The petitioner cannot maintain the present petition before the Revenue Divisional Officer who is subordinate to District Revenue Officer.

3.Granting such liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the order dated 09.03.2022 passed by the District Revenue Officer, Madurai the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 30.01.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No MGA 2/4
