ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.01.2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code @ 341, 294(b), 307, 506(ii), 120(B) and 153 A of Indian Penal Code in Crime No.6 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that this is a case and counter and counter case has been registered in Crime No.7 of 2015. In all these case, the injured have been discharged from the hospital. There is no previous case against this petitioner. This Court has granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.525 of 2015 on 22.01.2015 for the co-accused in this case.
3. Considering the facts and the injured had already been discharged from hospital and that the petitioner has no previous antecedent, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagarkovil and on further condition that: [a] the petitioner shall reside at Tirunelveli and report before the Alwarthirunagari Police Station twice a day daily at 10:30 a.m., in the morning and 06:30 p.m., in the evening for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. [b] the petitioner shall not tamper with evidence or witness either during investigation or trial.
[c] the petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial.

and the petitioner released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)AIR SCW 5560].
