O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 07.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused is preventing the petitioner from using the pathway and also abused the petitioner and criminally intimidated him. Hence a complaint has been lodged on 07.01.2018 and so far no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted. During the enquiry, both the parties have agreed that they will solve the dispute by measuring the property with the help of the surveyor. He further submitted that the petitioner gave a written statement stating that in view of the agreement arrived at between the parties he requested the respondent not to take any further action based on the said complaint. Hence the petitioner's complaint has been closed on 13.01.2018.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
