ORDER
The petitioner submitted that under the guise of enquiry, the petitioner is being constantly harassed by the respondent police. 1/4
2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been frequently called for enquiry under the guise of enquiry. The petitioner is a Sugar Patient and taking regular treatment and she was advised to take bed rest. He further submits that in Crime No.296 of 2024 all the accused have been arrested and now let out on bail. In such circumstances, calling the petitioner for enquiry in the above case is not required. However, the third respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner had call history with the accused in Crime No.296 of 2024. It was came to know to the respondent police and hence, the petitioner was called for enquiry along with his call details, bank details and other details. The petitioner failed to appear before the respondent for enquiry and now framing the same as harassment.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner will appear before the respondent police on 03.02.2025 for enquiry and submit his explanation.

5.In view of the above said undertaking, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent on 03.02.2025 and give her explanation with relevant materials, if any, to the respondent police. Thereafter, the respondent police is directed to conclude the enquiry without any further delay.
6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
