PRAYER IN CMA(MD) No.SR26407 of 2013:- Allow this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and set aside the judgment and Decree passed in M.C.O.P.No.1074 of 2010 dated 7th day of March 2013, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum VIth Additional District Court, Madurai ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KAYALARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the dalay of 887 days in representing the above appeal.

2. Being not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court, after considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, condoned the delay on condition that the Petitioner/Appellant/Transport Corporation shall pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees five hundred only) to M/s.Anbagam, DRO Colony, Madurai-7, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. If the aforesaid condition is complied with, within the time stipulated by this Court and if the papers are in order, Registry is directed to number the appeal and post the same for admission, in the usual course.
