PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR9322 of 2017:- To set aside the fair and decreetal order made I.A.No.99 of 2013 in O.S.No.172 of 2010 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram dated 29.09.2016 and allow the above CRP. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.BANUPRASATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.L.VICTORIA GOWRI, Advocate for R5, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. There is an inordinate delay of 214 days in re-presenting the Civil Revision Petition and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court. sd/- 24/11/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
