Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.42814/2019/E1 dated 13.01.2020 rejecting to grant the permission to conduct Vadamadu Manjuviratty on 15.01.2020 on the occasion of Thai Pongal Festival at Chokkanathapuram Village which was served on 24.01.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct to the first respondent to grant permission to conduct Vadamadu Manjavirattu to be held at Chokkanathapuram Village, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District.
