ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.60 of 2015, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.135 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam, on 09.10.2015.

3. In view of the submission so made, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
