This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 20.11.2017.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.11.2017, a case has been registered in Crime No.4 of 2018 dated 14.01.2018 under Sections 279 and 337 IPC.
3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
