ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused based on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.06.2017.
2.Heard Mr.S.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (crl.side), who takes notice for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint to the first respondent by RPAD and the same has been received by the first respondent on 01.07.2017 and he has also produced a Xerox copy of the postal acknowledgment card. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that so far the second respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner.

5.The petitioner has filed a Xerox copy of the acknowledgment card in the typed set of papers and on perusal of the same it reveals that the first respondent has received the said complaint on 01.07.2017. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to forward the petitioner's complaint to the second respondent within a week and after receiving the said complaint, the second respondent has to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
