Respondent No.2/ Defacto Complainant Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the petitioner in the final report in C.C.No.289 of 2016 on the file of the Hon'ble Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District in Cr.No.54 of 2015 on the file of the Respondent Police and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.11.03.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District, in D.NO.1699/2021 dated 25.11.2021 and this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.289 of 2016. 2.This Court has already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition, by the order, dated 11.03.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.289 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of three months to dispose of the said case.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 01.12.2021, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in C.C.No.289 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2016 and it is made clear that no further time is granted by this Court, since the matter is of the year 2016.
