Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records in Advertisement No.Ko.2/Vu.Po (Thi)/2022 dated 21.01.2022 issued by the fourth respondent and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to challenge the award of contract pursuant to the completion of auction. The said statement is recorded.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the award of the contract to the respective persons pursuant to the impugned auction notification in manner known to her under law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
