[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Challenging the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichy in Crl.M.P.No.25929/2022, dated 19.12.2022, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
2. However, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that pursuant to the aforesaid order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, the possession has been taken by the respondent - Financial Institution.
