This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction directing the third respondent and fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2020 and to take appropriate action within time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.The Writ of Mandamus may not lie for such relief. 3.On the basis letter dated 23.08.2021 circulated by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the registry for requesting the registry to list the matter for withdrawal of the writ petition, when the matter is listed today, the learned counsel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.3169 of 2021 appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also submitted that liberty may be granted to file a fresh complaint.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint. No costs.
