O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's younger son namely Vignesh Kumar involved in some criminal cases and his whereabouts is not known to the petitioner and that being so, the second respondent is frequently calling upon the petitioner and compelling her to disclose the address of the said Vignesh Kumar and harassing her.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.823 of 2017 by the second respondent under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Section 4 of TNPPDL Act. Based on the said complaint, the said Vignesh Kumar arrested on 30.10.2017 and he was subsequently released on bail. He further submitted that only before arresting the said Vignesh Kumar in the said case the petitioner was called upon for enquiry and since subsequently the said Vignesh Kumar has been arrested, the petitioner has not been called upon for further enquiry.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this petition is disposed of with the direction that if the second respondent wants to enquire the petitioner with regard to the offences said to have been committed by her son Vignesh Kumar, it is open to him to send a summon and call upon the petitioner for enquiry without harassing the petitioner.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
