ORDER

The present case is filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.13 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 174(3) IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The complaint of the petitioner is that his daughter has committed suicide and he suspects the parents-in-law of his daughter. He submits that the investigation is not on the right track and hence, he seeks transfer of investigation as it is a case under Section 304 (B) IPC.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has made available the RDO inquest report as well as the postmortem report, both of which does not prima facie indicate anything to suspect the course of investigation. credible material to indicate that it is not a case of ordinary suicide, then he is at liberty to share the same with the Investigating Agency. The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sankarankoil is directed to monitor the course of investigation.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
