Respondent/Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.1270 of 2019 dated 21.02.2019 and to relax the condition totally imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.23 of 2019 dated 18.01.2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking to modify the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.1270 of 2019 dated 21.02.2019 and to relax the condition totally imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.23 of 2019 dated 18.01.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Court below has granted bail to the petitioner on 18.01.2019 with certain conditions and one of the conditions is that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai daily once at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Aggrieved against the same, the petitioner has filed Cr.M.P.No.1270 of 2019 before the Court below, seeking modification. However, the Court below has dismissed the same. Therefore, he approached this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

3.Considering the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai weekly twice at 10.30 a.m., i.e., every Monday and Friday, until further orders. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
