ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioners, seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1147 of 2019 dated 01.03.2019 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli, modifying the condition to sign before the respondent police station instead of signing before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Court below has granted bail to the petitioner on 01.03.2019 with certain conditions and one of the conditions is that the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem at 10.00 a.m., on all working days without fail until further orders. This condition is an onerous. Therefore, he requested to modify the said condition.

3.Considering the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Cantonment Police Station, Trichy at 10.00 a.m., on all working days without fail until further orders. The order of the Court below is modified to that extend. In other respects, the order of the Court below remains unaltered. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
