The present petition is filed by the petitioner, seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to enquire the petitioner and the private respondents and file a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, as per his direction in Cr.M.P.No.3869 of 2020, dated 17.08.2020. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that as per the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent police and report in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
