Memorandum of Grounds of Civil Revision Petition against order passed in E.P.No.153/2012 in O.S.No.266/1994 dated 07-04-16 on the file of the Principal Sub-Court,Tirunelveli on the following among other grounds.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.H.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 426 days in representing the above Civil Revision petition. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of justice, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority,attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
