This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents particularly the second respondent to conduct survey and fix the boundary stone and also subdivided the properties situated in S.Nos.373/1, 360/5, 362/1B, 6B1, 363/1, 5A1, 373/6A1 at Thuvarankurichi Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, by way of considering his representation, dated 28.12.2023.

2. By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

According to the petitioner, he has made a representation dated 28.12.2023, to the respondents, seeking to survey and fix the boundary stones and also subdivided the properties situated in S.Nos.373/1, 360/5, 362/1B, 6B1, 363/1, 5A1, 373/6A1 at Thuvarankurichi Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District. Since the said representation has not been considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Considering the above said facts, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity to the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
