O R D E R

This petition is filed to set aside the order passed in C.M.P.No.2867 of 2014, in S.T.C.No.318 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Thanjavur, dated 05.08.2014.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a petition before the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, Thanjavur, under Section 47 of Cr.P.C., to send the Exhibits P.1 to P.2 for expert's opinion, which was dismissed by the learned Magistrate. Hence, the present petition has been filed to set aside the same.

3.It is seen from the records that no ground is raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner to set aside the order of the learned Magistrate. Therefore, this Court is of the view that this criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, considering the year of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Thanjavur, is directed to dispose of the case in STC No.318 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
