The above named Appellant begs to submit this Memorandum of Second Appeal before this Honourable Court against the Judgment and Decree dated 02.11.2009 passed in AS.16 of 2008 and passed by the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court No.I, Thoothukudi as confirmed by the Judgment and Decree dated 19.04.2007 in OS.301 of 2013 on the file of the Honourable Sub Court, Thoothukudi. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.NALLATHAMBI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.PRABHURAJADURAI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Both the learned counsels are present.
