Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SARAVANA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court specifically directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the trial. Per contra, this petition is filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. The petition filed for relaxation of the condition is not maintainable one, when it is filed against the specific direction to appear before the concerned trial Court daily till the disposal of the trial.
