This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to include the second respondent as an accused in connection with Crime No.24 of 2018 dated 26.12.2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.24 of 2018 now pending investigation before the first respondent police registered for the offence committed by the suspected accused persons under Sections 417, 465, 468 and 471 IPC. He further submitted that the second respondent herein should have been arrayed as an accused and he has not been so implicated.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in Crime No.24 of 2018 was registered as per the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi. He also added that the investigation is underway and the Investigating Agency is in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
process of collecting some revenue records to ascertain the correctness of the facts.

Considering the above, this Court now directs the petitioner to share with the first respondent all necessary informations / materials, which may be necessary to give a lead to the Investigating Agency in the ongoing investigation of the case in Crime No.24 of 2018 to arrive at a just conclusion. On receipt of such information, the Investigating Agency is directed to investigate the case and to take its logical conclusion.
6. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
