PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in connection with the impugned charge sheet in Spl.S.C.No.77 of 2018, on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Thoothukudi and quash the same.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he seeks a direction to the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court may be dispensed with.

2.Taking into consideration of the same, this Court is inclined to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners, unless the Trial Court required their presence. Accordingly, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court shall be dispensed with. There shall be a direction to the learned Mahila Judge, Thoothukudi, to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.77 of 2018, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
