Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 6th respondent in Na.Ka.A3/4373/2015, dated 15.09.2015 and the order passed by the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.A4/1502/2013, dated 21.09.2015, quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 7 to direct the respondents 8 to 13 to remove the encroachment made by them in 17th and 18th Cross Roads of Vasan Nagar, South Extension in S.Nos.80/2, 80/3 and 80/4 abutting the petitioners lands in S.Nos.8C/6 and 84/1A of Nachikurichi village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.VIDHUSHA for C.SANGAMITHIRAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of RM.M.SARAVANAN, Advocate for R1 and MR.A.K.BASKARAPANDIAN, Special Government Pleader for R2 to R6 and R8,the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The learned Counsel for the first respondent seeks time to file counter.
2.Let the sixth and seventh respondents also file counter affidavit, taking into account the contention taken by the petitioner.
3.We direct the sixth and seventh respondents to keep the proceedings for demolition in abeyance, till a decision is taken in the review application.
4.Post after two [2] weeks.
